Amarula Gold Sparkles For Valentine’s Day


Say it loud, say it proud: “Be my Valentine” with a divine sparkling cocktail, made with Amarula Gold, the bold, gold, spirit aperitif with a flavour of its own.

Amarula Gold is an adventurous new expression of the African Original taste of the wild-harvested marula fruit, like nothing you’ve had before. Fragrant, tangy and smooth, it has a 30% alcohol by volume and contains no cream.

Mix it with sparkling wine and discover its aromatic fruitiness and seductively spicy notes.

Otherwise, love it over ice, with soda, with Appletiser, cranberry juice or passion fruit. Anyway you choose, it will steal your heart.

Recipe: Pink Gold

 Serves one


50 ml Amarula Gold

125 ml dry sparkling wine (J.C. Le Roux Brut)

5 ml (dash) Cassis

Maraschino cherry or fresh berry to garnish (optional)


Pour the Cassis, followed by the Amarula Gold into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or fresh berry (optional).

50 ml Amarula Gold

150 ml cranberry juice

25 ml ginger ale

Ice blocks

Fresh strawberries to garnish (optional)


Fill a highball glass with ice, add Amarula Gold, fill the glass two thirds of the way with cranberry juice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with slices of fresh strawberries (optional).
